The King Identified

October 2, 2015 Preacher: Series: The King and his Beauty

Topic: Sermon Passage: Matthew 14:1–36

King Herod rejects Jesus, by executing his forerunner, John the Baptist. But this can't stop the common people from flocking to see Jesus. He meets their needs both spiritually and physically, as he teaches, heals and feeds the five thousand. The disciples get even a greater glimpse of his divine nature when he walks on water and rescues Peter from drowning.
