In the light of Christ's obedience even up to the point of death, the church is also called to continue in the obedience of faith. We are to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, as God himself works in us to will and to act in accordance with his will. As we live out this faith-fueled effort we will shine as lights in the world and bring glory to God.
