Pastor Josh Manley continues our series in Genesis: New Beginnings. The sermon text is Genesis 15:1-21 and is entitled Justification in Genesis.
The Lord promised Abram that his offspring would be like the stars. Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord counted it to him as righteousness. This ancient account shows us that God has always justified sinners through faith alone. We too are declared righteous by placing our faith in the promised Messiah, who seals the new covenant in his blood shed on the cross.
